The registration for IAA17 is done using a separate registration form. After filling and sending the form, the registration is completed by paying the registration fee as indicated below. The registration and payment of the registration fee are thus separate actions.

The delegate numbers are building up steadily and we seem to be getting a pretty heavy number, European style, of crayscientists to Kuopio this time. Don't be late, we might run out of space here in Finland!

Registration fees are shown below. The delegate's registration fee includes both the scientific program, lunch and social bits from Monday to Friday (for details check the program section). The accompanying person's fee includes the social program and the inofficial program delivered by hosts and hostesses on a daily basis.

The registration fees (€) for delegates and accompanying persons depend on the individual registration dates and IAA membership status, as shown below. During the Any Bird registration period only IAA 17 registration can be completed by paying the registration fee to the University of Kuopio, as instructed later in this page. Accommodation arrangements for Any Birds are on a DIY basis.

The registration fee can only be paid by an international bank transfer to the University of Kuopio. When paying the registration fee you must indicate that you are paying IAA 17 registration fee (include 'IAA17, project nr 71329' in the payment form) and also include your name and institute.

Registration cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, 50% the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is completed before 15.5.2008 by eeeemail to Dr. Japo Jussila (see Contact info webpage for contact details). After 15.5.2008 no registration fees will be refunded in case of cancellation. This cancellation policy applies to IAA 17 registration fees only.
